The adidas Nitrocharge 1.0 XTRX Soft Ground Football Boot comes equipped with an array of features ready to enhance your game play. Inspired by spring geometry for optimum energy output the boots offer maximal stability and elasticity, enhancing energy outputs during lateral movements. The boots front and upper features adidas' signature Hybridtouch material which utilises the benefits of both leather and synthetic, providing a natural feel, excellent shape retention and high water resistance, allowing them to be used for play throughout the whole season. Delivery
Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any representations made as to delivery times are limited to England, Wales and Scotland. We will not assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons out of our control.

• We will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
• In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. For any lost orders to be replaced or refunded, please allow 15 working days from date the delivery was due for the courier to investigate, process the claim and declare as lost.
• Please note - British Forces Post Office/address (BFPO) orders can only be delivered on the standard delivery service. BFPO orders cannot be tracked.
• Next Day Delivery is available until 10am. Orders placed after 10am on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
• For Isle of Man addresses, Isle of Man Delivery should be selected at the checkout. If Standard or Next Day are selected, we will contact you to adjust the invoice amount which will reflect the amended postage cost.

Returns
• Items to be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition
• Include all labels and swing tags
• Indicate reason for return
• Only items purchased at the Tony Pryce Online Shop can be returned to us.
• Items bought from our Online Shop cannot be returned to our physical stores.
• For hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact.
• Items can only be returned free of charge from England, Wales and Scotland.
• The cost of the item will be refunded to your card as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order.
• We guarantee a 'no-quibble' refund for any items you may not be completely satisfied with. Just return your order within 28 days of the dispatch date.

Exchanges
• Our Online Shop cannot exchange items.

Click and Collect Service
We offer a Click and Collect service which customers can select at point of purchase. After paying for the goods online you can select your preferred store to which you would like the goods delivered. When the goods are available in store you will be notified via email and the goods will be held in the specified store for 14 days. Upon collecting the goods you need to present a print out of the notification email containing your order reference number. If you forget this, a valid form of ID such as a passport or driving license can be used.

If goods are not collected within 14 days and we have not received notification as to why, we reserve the right to return products to stock without offering a refund.

If we are notified via clickandcollect@tonyprycesports.co.uk that the goods are no longer required within 14 days, we will refund the amount to the card with which the purchase was made.
