Homecall Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like an exchange or refund, you can use our Homecall Returns service.

Simply order a Pre-Paid returns label for £4.70 and we will email you your postage label which you need to print off, cut out and affix to your parcel.

Drop your parcel off at one of 3,000 convenience stores UK wide which are part of the DPD/ Hermes Homecall Returns service.

Your email will include information on how to find your nearest Homecall Returns store.

So, here's how to order your label:

Go to the Pre Paid Returns page and select the number of labels you want, add them to basket then select checkout.

1. Search for code 140274 in the website 'search' bar or click here and select the number of labels you want.
2. Proceed to checkout and select Shipping Method 'PRE-PAID RETURNS'.
3. The total will come to £4.70. Proceed to pay with either your debit card or credit card or your Paypal account filling out your address and billing details as normal.
4. The order will then be processed by the web team who will email you your returns label. Please note on weekends, these orders will not be processed immediately and you will receive your email label the next working day.
