Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. The Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card scheme is operated by Tony Pryce Retail Ltd “Tony Pryce Retail” of Unit 1, The Vennland Centre, Vennland Way, Minehead, TA24 5DX. Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Cards are issued by and remain the property of Tony Pryce Retail. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Tony Pryce Retail may, at its sole discretion refuse to issue a Loyalty Card and may withdraw a Loyalty Card from a participant at any time.

2. The Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card is valid in all Intersport Tony Pryce stores that are participating in the scheme.

3. To earn or redeem loyalty points you must present your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card to the sales assistant at the till before your transaction begins. You will not be able to obtain or redeem loyalty points by giving the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card to the sales assistant after the end of the transaction.

4. One loyalty point will be awarded for every full £2 pound sterling spent (e.g. Spend £20.00 get 10 loyalty points) but will not be awarded on and cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift vouchers, sale or reduced goods and certain other goods that may be notified from time to time.

5. Each loyalty point has a redemption value of 10 pence. You may redeem some or all of your loyalty points for goods, or for a contribution towards the costs of goods, once your application form details have been recorded by Tony Pryce Retail (approximately 14 days after receipt of your application form). You may not redeem loyalty points for cash. All products are subject to availability.

6. If you have purchased goods credited to your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card and subsequently obtain a refund from Tony Pryce Retail for the goods (in accordance with Tony Pryce Retail’s refund policy and your statutory rights) you must present your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card and the loyalty points awarded on the purchase will be removed from your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card at the time of refund. Similarly, if you obtain a refund on goods purchased in whole or part by redeeming loyalty points, then all or part of the refund may be given by re-awarding the loyalty points you used on your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card.

7. If your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card account has multiple cards and therefore multiple users, the points can only be controlled by the named account holder. Disputes with any cards or points on the account must be decided by the account holder.

8. If you do not use your Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card for a period of 18 months your name may be removed from the scheme. However, you will be able to reapply for an Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card and Tony Pryce Retail may at its sole discretion re-award you any loyalty points that were on your Loyalty Card at the time your name was removed.

9. In the event of the failure of any equipment used to operate the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card Scheme, Tony Pryce Retail reserves the right to refuse to redeem loyalty points.

10. The Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Cards are only available to persons 12 years old or over and resident in the UK. An individual may hold only one Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card at any time.

11. You must notify Tony Pryce Retail Ltd, Unit 1, The Vennland Centre, Vennland Way, Minehead, TA24 5DX of any change of address or of any lost or stolen Loyalty Card in writing as soon as possible. Any replacement Loyalty Cards will be issued at the sole discretion of Tony Pryce Retail. Tony Pryce Retail will not be held responsible for any loss howsoever arising from a card being lost, mislaid or stolen.

12. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card scheme are those in force for the time being. They include the conditions of use stated on the reverse of the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card and any printed statements made by Tony Pryce Retail regarding the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card Scheme.

13. Proof of identity may be requested when loyalty points are redeemed.

14. Tony Pryce Retail may amend or terminate the Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card scheme or amend any of these Terms and Conditions (including the number or value of loyalty points) at any time. Notice of any change will be displayed in the participating stores. Copies of the current Terms and Conditions may be obtained on request from Tony Pryce Retail, Unit 1, The Vennland Centre, Vennland Way, Minehead, TA24 5DX.

15. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Tony Pryce Retail shall be final and binding.

16. Tony Pryce Retail reserves the right not to accept any Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card which has become unreadable for any reason or which has been obtained by theft, fraud or any means not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

17. This scheme will run for minimum intended period of at least two years

18. The Intersport Tony Pryce Loyalty Card can now be used on our website www.tonyprycesports.co.uk . To use your card online please email info@tonyprycesports.co.uk for your online PIN. You will then need to register as a customer to shop online and to collect and spend points.
