Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions.
Purchase conditions
Customers must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any purchase or request. When placing an order you commit that all information you provide to us is true, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Order acceptance
Our confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance. The order shall be deemed accepted when you receive our e-mail confirming the dispatch details. Products not listed in the dispatch confirmation will be deemed not to have been ordered.
UK Delivery
Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any representations made as to delivery times are limited to England, Wales and Scotland. We will not assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons out of our control.
• We will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
• In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. For any lost orders to be replaced or refunded, please allow 15 working days from date the delivery was due for the courier to investigate, process the claim and declare as lost.
• Please note - British Forces Post Office/address (BFPO) orders can only be delivered on the standard delivery service. BFPO orders cannot be tracked.
• Next Working Day Delivery, Next Working Day Pre 12pm and Next Working Day Pre 10.30am are available until 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
European Delivery
European Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any representations made as to delivery times are limited to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (inc Monaco), Germany, Greece (inc Islands), Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We will not assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons out of our control.
• European Delivery is a 3 – 7 day service.
• We will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
• In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. • A telephone number must be included for tracking purposes.
Returns
• Items to be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
• Include all labels and swing tags.
• Indicate reason for return.
• Only items purchased at the Tony Pryce Online Shop can be returned to us.
• Items bought from our Online Shop cannot be returned to our physical stores.*
• For hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact.
• The cost of the item will be refunded to your card as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order.
• We guarantee a 'no-quibble' refund for any items you may not be completely satisfied with. Just return your order within 28 days of the dispatch date.
*Click and Collect items can be taken back to the store from which they were collected; the refund will not be processed by the store it will be processed by the Webstore within 5-7 days.
Exchanges
• Items can be exchanged subject to availability. If an exchange is requested and stock is not available a refund will be processed.
Pricing and availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the description or price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price, select alternative products or cancel your order.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'total cost'.
All prices advertised are subject to change without prior notice.
Voucher codes can only be redeemed against full-price items.
